Sunburst has made many improvements with it’s move a few months ago. One of these improvements is our new sampling room. Sunburst has two full-time employees devoted to mixing colors 8-10 hours per day. Need a specific pantone color mixed and matched? Need a sample shirt done before you do a run of 20,000 shirts? We can do it in our sample room. We have specific lighting put in so the colors remain consistent when mixed. We also keep many colors pre-mixed for immediate use. We mix all our colors except for black and white with base and pigment. We calibrate all of colors with a computer system in order to stay consistent with every new batch. Questions? Concerns?
